How to transfer recorded Tivo shows to DVD with Tivo to DVD Maker mac by Drm2011
I hooked everything up (my recordable DVD to the DVR) and when i turn on the TV all it is is blue. I already transfered the recordings from the tivo dvr to my laptop but how do i make dvd’s? So basically tell me how to hook up my recordable DVD so i can record shows on tivo to DVD. Thanks in advanced!

Part 1: Parts 1: Transfer TV shows from TiVo to Mac
Before burning TiVo movies to DVD, you need to first transfer TiVo movies to your PC. To transfer TiVo movies on your Mac, you need to download TiVo Desktop software. When your TiVo is connected to your home network, TiVo Desktop provides you with a list of available shows for transferring to your Mac.
Part 2: Getting Started

Step 2: Load video files
Click “+” button on the toolbar from the main menu to load the Tivo video files you want to burn into the file list..

Step 3: Create DVD menu
Click the button on the menu panel, you can choose three menus: LifeSeries, CartoonSeries, NatureSeries. Choose your favorite template from this window to create a menu instantly.

Step 4: Adjust output settings and Start creating DVD
Click “Burn” button at the right bottom of the file list to start burning. meanwhile set up the Destination: Insert a recordable disc, and choose the disc you insert from the “Disc Label” drop-down list. Or choose “Save iso to” option to back up your video files onto your hard disk as DVD folder or ISO image.
Optional: If you want to cut your video shorter, you can click the “Scissor” button next to the video you imported to help you clip your video by either setting the start time and the end time or drag the two slider bars to do it.
